Very athletic colt by a Golden Slipper winner from a champion Group 1 winning mare.

This colt is a son of exciting first-season sire Sebring (by More Than Ready) who won the G1 Golden Slipper and G1 AJC Sires' Produce Stakes in brilliant fashion. Sebring comes from the wonderfully successful More Than Ready-Danehill cross, being out of a Flying Spur mare, and from a Luskin Star mare - both Flying Spur and Luskin Star are champion sires who won the Slipper.

He is the second foal of a Group 1 Auckland Cup (3200m) winner Upsetthym (by Rhythm), who also had enough speed to win over 1400m. Upsetthym was also placed at G1 level at weight-for-age in the Doomben Cup. Importantly, Upsetthym, is from a Zabeel mare, who also produced the outstanding stayer Capecover (G2 Adelaide Cup). This also is the international G1 winning family of Slip Anchor, winner of the G1 Epsom Derby.

This pedigree is a wonderful mix of speed and stamina that seems to work very well in Australia and New Zealand.
