The yearling sales season is almost here and the Freedmans are looking hard for their next budding superstar.
The Magic Millions Sale commences in the first week of January. Lee Freedman and his team will have refined their selection of yearlings and will have no doubt sourced another potential champion to chase the lucrative Magic Millions Sales series to run the following year. Throw into the mix that DLF purchased Kaphero from this sale and in recent years the Gold Coast has produced the last 3 Golden Slipper winners it is certainly worth considering the MM Sale yards should you be chasing 2yo glory.
Following hot on the heels of the Magic Millions is the Inglis Classic, the sale which produced Choisir and God's Own in recent years and Anthony Freedman knows how to steel a cheap one having picked up Mummify for the price of a second hand Holden!
From the Classic Sale, the Freedman Sales Team will cross the Tasman to raid the riches of New Zealand. The Karaka sales ground has produced a host of talented gallopers in recent years with So You Think, Allez Wonder, Efficient and Monaco Consul all passing under the NZB hammer. Lee Freedman and team will be on hand to select the best of some of the Southern Hemisphere's best staying stock.
Inglis Easter wraps up the sales season and is the epicentre of the blue blooded pedigree and is a must for someone looking to get into the upper echelon of the racing game.
If you are looking to be involved in Australia's premier stable and don't know how, it's important to realise that it is a very easy progression to being a valued owner. We will look to buy horses from $20,000 through $200,000 and will always be happy to break the shares in these horses down to a size that makes you comfortable.
